Kristiina Hiukka, Seattle

Kristiina Hiukka is passionate about creating sustainability in high performing teams. She holds an M.A. (Speech Communication), and is a certified business and life coach. Her team coaching approach is based on the Organizational and Relationships Systems theory and she is a licensed Team Diagnostic specialist.

Born in Finland, she has extensive international work experience with coaching and training of executives and business owners in Europe and in the States. She has served a wide range of individual and business clients to gain clarity, become more strategic and achieve better balanced performance over eight years of professional coaching through her own firm.

She is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute and a member of International Coach Federation. Kristiina is currently co-authoring a book about how coaching can serve as a strategic part of the leadership of knowledge-intensive business services.
