Job Performance Pro.file (JPP)
Perhaps the most important and valuable benefit to our clients is enabling them to clearly define the most important characteristics, behaviours, and competencies necessary for any position in their organization.
JPP is a questionnaire designed to help individuals in a firm translate a job description into a "job behavioural profile." The software analyzed JPP questionnaire provides a performance language job analysis that will give a wealth of specific information about:
- the most important job-related behaviours
- specific competencies to look for in job candidates
- performance requirements
- the motivational needs satisfied by the job activities
- any potential conflicts between the job requirements and the workplace culture
An individual's response to the JPP Survey is software-analyzed and produces two sets of results: a pair of graphs labeled Basic Characteristics (a combination of the seven traits that form a "profile") and Job Adaptation (the individual's perception of his/her current role or position); and a text report that provides descriptions in such areas as Basic Characteristics, Motivational Considerations, Job Adaptation, Interviewing Questions, Coaching Guidance, and Personal & Career Development.
